MEET THE FOUNDER

Dr. OGUNBANWO is a doctoral trained, board-certified Nurse Practitioner with over 20 years experience in healthcare field. She earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from Aspen University, Phoenix, Arizona focusing on advanced primary care, clinical leadership, and innovative approaches to family health. She also holds a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from Lehman College, Bronx, New York and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Medgar Evers College, Brooklyn New York, establishing a foundation for comprehensive care across all stages of life. And her basic Nursing Education (Registered Nursing and Midwifery)  from her home country Nigeria. These educational background equips her with a profound understanding of human diversity, allowing her to deliver care that is both deeply personalized and truly unparalleled.

Experience wise, apart from her working for about 3 years in her home country as a registered Nurse (RN) on a medical-surgical floor, she has worked in diverse health sectors in the US where she served diverse population including children in schools, older adults in Nursing homes, and hospitals as in-patient and at out- patient services. 

Some of her professional work include but not limited to:

• Founder & Lead Nurse Practitioner, 4D Prime Medical Clinic –  2025–Present
  Building a membership-based, concierge primary care practice that prioritizes unrushed visits, direct provider access, and long-term family wellness.
• Nurse Practitioner – Family Medicine, Kings County Hospital Center – 2019- 2026.                                                                                                             Provided comprehensive primary care for adults, specializing in chronic disease management, preventive care, and patient education.
• Registered Nurse, Board-Certified, Kings County Hospital Center – 2013- 2019.
  Delivered high-quality inpatient and outpatient care, developing expertise in patient assessment, care coordination, and multidisciplinary collaboration.
